Golden Condom Competition – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    This competition is run by Doom Juice Worldwide Pty Ltd ("Doom Juice"), ABN 17648555551, with its registered office at 66/6 Chalder Ave Marrickville.

  2. Eligibility

    • Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
    • Employees of Doom Juice, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

  3. Competition Period

    • Starts: 12:01 AM AEDT, 4th February 2025
    • Ends: 11:59 PM AEDT, 29th February 2025

  4. How to Enter

    • Place an order on www.doomjuicewine.com during the competition period.
    • Every order will include a free Doom Juice condom. The number of condoms is at the discretion of Doom Juice.
    • If you receive the Golden Condom, you are the winner!

  5. Prize Details

    • Total Prize Value: $1,000 AUD, comprising:
      • $800 worth of Doom Juice wine and merch (specific items determined by Doom Juice).
      • Dinner for two at El Primo Sanchez, Sydney (value subject to restaurant pricing).
    • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  6. Winner Notification & Prize Claim

    • The winner must contact Doom Juice via email at gday@doomjuicewine.com or DM us on Instagram (@doomjuicewine) within 7 days of receiving the Golden Condom.
    • Proof of the Golden Condom (photo/video) and order details must be provided.
    • If the winner does not claim the prize within the timeframe the competition is closed and we will not select a new winner.

  7. General Conditions

    • Doom Juice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
    • Any fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the competition will result in disqualification.
    • By entering, participants agree to Doom Juice using their name and image for promotional purposes.

  8. Privacy

    • Personal details collected will only be used for administering the competition and prize fulfillment.
