Terms & Conditions – ZZVINO Competition

1. Promoter

   • The promoter is Doom Juice Worldwide Pty Ltd (17 648 555 551), trading as ZZVINO.

2. Eligibility

   • Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

   • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Doom Juice Worldwide Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

   • Entries open from the time of the promotional post/email being sent.

   • Entries close 7 days later.

   • The winner will be randomly selected and contacted privately via email at the conclusion of the competition.

4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps:

   1. Follow @zzvino_aus on Instagram & TikTok.

   2. Comment “‼️” on the official competition post and share it on your Instagram Story.

   3. Reply to the competition email with the word “DONE!”.

5. Prize

   • One (1) winner will receive:

     • $1,000 worth of ZZVINO & Doom Juice wine

     • 1 x Weber Baby Q Premium BBQ

   • Total prize value: approximately AUD $1,500.

   • Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

   • The winner will be selected at random.

   • The winner will be contacted via the email address used to enter within 3 days of the draw.

   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Doom Juice Worldwide Pty Ltd reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. General Conditions

   • Doom Juice Worldwide Pty Ltd promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol.

   • Proof of age and identity may be required to claim the prize.

   • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Weber or any of its subsidiaries.

   • By entering, participants agree to release Weber from any liability related to the competition.

   • Doom Juice Worldwide Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or breaching these Terms & Conditions.

   • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time without notice due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

   • Doom Juice Worldwide Pty Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delays beyond its reasonable control.

   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doom Juice Worldwide Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the prize winner or any third party.
